What is the return policy?
All items, with an exclusion of jewelry and items purchased during Black Friday sale, can be returned within 14 days of the e-mail confirming shipment for a store credit.
How long do I have to make an exchange or return?
Due to the ever-evolving merchandise on Woman Evolve, all exchanges must be made within 14 days of the e-mail confirming shipment.
Woman Evolve reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
How can I make an exchange?
· Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting that you would like to exchange your item and the reason for the exchange (size, etc.)
· We will email you the return address and you can send the item back to us.
Can I exchange any item?
You can exchange all items except jewelry.
Once I have exchanged an item, can I return the new item?
Yes. You can exchange the item within 14 days of the e-mail confirming shipment. You can do this up to 3 times per calendar year.
