Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Shop Woman Evolve!

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to process a refund and/or exchange of any kind. To initiate a return, please email us at support@shopwomanevolve.com.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular or promotional-priced items may be refunded, clearance items cannot be refunded.

  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return.

  • We are happy to exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or another size of the same item (photo evidence is needed for defective and damaged items). 

 

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Health and personal care items
  • SJR Closet Items
  • Fragile accessories (such as mugs)
  • Clearance items

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, followed by the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund after 15 business days of refund approval, please check with your bank and/or credit card company as processing times vary. If your refund has still not posted after these steps, please email us at support@shopwomanevolve.com.
